Processing Time & Distribution
The creation of a Donator Teddy may take several days to complete. We will keep you updated in the donator chat. Once it becomes available in-game, you will need to find it yourself or purchase it from the AI City trader—we do not distribute them directly.
Refunds
All donations are non-refundable. By donating, you acknowledge that your contribution is voluntary and that refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. We appreciate your support and remain committed to providing a positive experience for all players.
