Rules

Rules for the Heaven Servers!

General Rules

  1. Player Name Consistency:
    1. To facilitate administration, your in-game name must match your Discord username.
  2. PVE-Only Server:
    1. This server is strictly Player vs. Environment (PVE). PVP actions are prohibited and strictly enforced.
  3. Zero Tolerance Policy:
    1. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy retarding harassment, hate speech, racism, and sexual misconduct. Violations will result in an immediate and permanent ban.
  4. Community Conduct:
    1. Toxic behavior and hostility are not permitted. We expect all members to contribute to a positive & respectful environment.
  5. Global Communication:
    1. All public communication must be conducted in English.
  6. Fair Play & Integrity:
    1. Use of cheats, hacks, exploits (glitching/clipping), duping, or any third-party software to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
  7. Administrative Authority:
    1. Staff decisions are final. Please respect administrative rulings & follow staff instructions at all times.
  8. No-Fly Zones:
    1. Respect all designated No-Fly Zones. Reimbursements will not be issues for vehicles or gear lost due to violations of this rule.

Theft & Property Rules

  1. Prohibition of Theft:
    1. Theft of any items, vehicles, or resources is strictly prohibited.
    2. Vehicles are considered player property regardless of their lock status. Entering or commandeering an unlocked vehicle that does not belong to you is a violation of the rules.
    3. Violations will result in disciplinary action, ranging from temporary ban to a permanent depending on the severity.
  2. Property Etiquette:
    1. Do not enter another player's base without explicit permission from the owner.
    2. Respect property within Trader zones. Items dropped on the ground likely belong to a player rearranging their inventory. Verify ownership before picking up any items.
  3. Grave Cross Recovery:
    1. Looting grave crosses or player bodies is prohibited.
    2. You are permitted to recover gear only from your own corpse or that of a teammate, provided you have their consent.

Base Building Rules

Territory Warning
Territories require active maintenance. You must raise your flag every 7 days.

Standalone Bases

  1. Dimension Limitations: Base size is strictly limited by group size.
    1. Solo: 2x2x2
    2. Duo: 3x3x2
    3. Trio: 3x3x3
    4. Quad+: 4x4x3
  2. Structural Modification:
    1. All structural modifications must be pre-approved by the Lead Federal Base Inspector.
  3. Prohibited Areas:
    1. Construction is strictly prohibited in the following areas:
      1. Roads and main thoroughfares.
      2. Within Fire Stations, Police Stations, and/or Hospitals.
      3. Blocking access to vanilla sheds or greenhouses.
  4. Agriculture Limit:
    1. Maximum 2 Greenhouses OR 4 Planter Boxes per base.

Occupying Vanilla Buildings

  1. One-Building Policy:
    1. You may maintain one standalone base OR occupy one vanilla building. You cannot have both.
  2. Apartment Complexes:
    1. Adjacent apartment buildings count as a single structure.
  3. BBP Panel Limits:
    1. Inside a vanilla building, the use of BBP kits (walls, floors, etc.) is limited by group size:
      1. Solo: 10 panels
      2. Duo: 15 panels
      3. Trio: 20 panels
      4. Quad+: 25 panels
  4. Building Exemptions:
    1. Doors/Walls placed strictly to secure existing entrances/exits do not count toward your panel limit.
    2. One Room Divider per player.

Enforcement Policy

If your base violates the Base Building Rules, you will receives a Discord notification. You have 72 hours to rectify the issue. If your base remain non-compliant after 96 hours, Admins reserve the right to remove the excess structure or demolish the entire base without compensation.


Storage

  1. Virtual Storage Protocol:
    1. Players are required to use the Open/Close functions on all storage devices. All containers must be returned to the Closed state when not actively in use.
    2. This process helps maintain optimal server performance and minimizes lag.
  2. Compliance Monitoring:
    1. The Federal Base Inspector (FBI) team regularly audits bases. If your storage is found left open, you will receive a notification via Discord.
  3. Enforcement Policy:
    1. Strikes 1-3: You will receive a warning for each offense.
    2. 4th Offense: Your base will be locked by the FBI Lead. You will be required to open a Ticket on Discord and speak with an FBI member to regain access.

Vehicle Rules

  1. Operational Risk:
    1. Operation of vehicles is entirely at your own risk. Be aware that vehicle physics can be unstable, and admins are not liable for losses caused by game glitches or physics issues.
  2. Vehicle Limit:
    1. Players are restricted to having one vehicle retrieved from the garage at any given time.
  3. Cargo Transfers:
    1. Transferring inventory between vehicles is permitted in the open world but is strictly prohibited inside trader zones to prevent congestion.
  4. Field Recovery:
    1. It is the driver's responsibility to carry necessary recovery tools (wrench, shovel, etc.) to address flipped or stuck vehicles.
  5. Mandatory Garaging:
    1. Vehicles must be stored in the garage when not in active use.
  6. Leaving Vehicles Out:
    1. Leaving a vehicle out on the map when you log off is done at your own risk. Ungaraged vehicles are subject to impoundment, automated cleanup (despawn), or deletion.
  7. Compensation Policy:
    1. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or reimbursements for vehicles (or their contents) lost due to failure to garage them.
  8. Negligence & Theft:
    1. If a vehicle is left unattended and unlocked, you are solely responsible for its security. Administration will not compensate for goods stolen from unsecured vehicles.

Insurance Teddy
The Insurance Teddy Bear functions as a redeemable token for administrative vehicle assistance. It is designed to assist players who encounter glitches or difficult situations with their vehicles.

​If you do not possess an Insurance Teddy at the time of the incident, Admins are unable to provide assistance or vehicle recovery services.

Loot Cycling

  1. Definition:
    1. Defined as the systematic removal and discarding of unwanted items from spawn points solely to force the server to respawn high-value loot.
  2. Permitted Gameplay:
    1. Following actions are considered normal gameplay and are not classified as loot cycling:
      1. Dropping damaged clothing to equip better condition items.
      2. Removing magazines or attachments from a weapon and leaving the firearm behind.
      3. Dropping a lower-tier weapon to make space for a higher-tier weapon.
  3. Prohibition & Penalty:
    1. Intentional loot cycling is strictly prohibited.
    2. Violations will result in disciplinary action. Repeat offenders will receive a permanent ban without exception.

Black Market (BM)

Logging off or waiting out a server restart inside the Black Market is strictly prohibited.
  1. Non-Intervention Zone:
    1. This is a hardcore area. Admins and Med Team will not respond to any tickets or distress calls within the Black Market area.
  2. Occupancy Limit:
    1. Access is limited to one team at a time. Do not entire if another team is already processing the zone.
  3. Entry Protocol:
    1. Piggybacking is prohibited. Each team must utilize their own Punched Card to gain entry.
  4. Perimeter Security:
    1. You must close and secure all gates/doors immediately upon entering or exiting to maintain zone integrity.
  5. Information Embargo:
    1. Black Market is a secret location. Discussion of its location, mechanics, or contents in Global Chat, Discord, etc. is prohibited.
    2. Streaming/Recording is permissible given that no location and/or information is exposed/given about Black Market.
  6. Confidentiality:
    1. Do not share intelligence regarding Black Market with players outside of your group.
  7. Grave Cross Policy:
    1. Standard server rules apply: You may only recover loot from your own grave or that of a consenting teammate.

AI City

Purposely logging off or waiting out a server restart while inside AI City is prohibited.
If you are suspected of exploiting restarts to remain inside AI City, Admin assistance will be forfeited.
  1. Occupancy Limit:
    1. Access is strictly limited to one team at a time. Please wait for the current team to exfiltrate before entering.
  2. Entry Protocol:
    1. Piggybacking is prohibited. Each team must utilize their own Keycard to gain entry.
  3. Confidentiality:
    1. Do not sell or share intelligence regarding AI City with groups outside your own.
  4. Med Team Support:
    1. Med Team is authorized to operate in the City. They can be contacted for:
      1. Body Recovery: Assistance is available if your team fails to survive the encounter.

Player Service Teams (Med, Taxi, Hotel, Loot Goblins)

  1. Volunteer Status:
    1. These teams consist entirely of player volunteers. Please note that they possess zero administrative capabilities or powers.
  2. Service Availability:
    1. Team members volunteer their personal time to assist the community. They are only to provide assistance while officially "Clocked In." Please respect their right to play the game normally when they are off-duty.
  3. Conduct:
    1. Mistreatment, harassment, or disrespect directed toward a team member will be penalized with the same severity as an administrator.
  4. Property:
    1. Theft from team vehicles or inventories is strictly prohibited. These players carry supplies to help you; stealing from them acts against the community's interest.
  5. Mandatory Penalty:
    1. Any player caught stealing from a team member will face a minimum 3-day ban. No exceptions will be made.

Fishing & Environment

  1. Clean-up Policy:
    1. To maintain server performance and environmental aesthetics, players are required to clean up after fishing activities.
  2. Waste Disposal:
    1. Do not leave fishing gear, bait, or unwanted fish/guts on the ground or in the water. Please dispose of all unwanted items properly before leaving the area.
