Chernarus Rules
General Rules

Player Name Consistency:
Make sure your in-game player name matches your Discord name.

PVE-Only Server:
This is a PVE (Player vs Environment) ONLY server, and Admins will strictly enforce this rule.

Zero Tolerance for Abuse:
Any form of bullying, racism, or sexual abuse will not be tolerated and will result in an immediate BAN.

No Toxicity:
This is not the place for toxic behavior. If you're caught being toxic, expect to be dealt with swiftly and appropriately.

Global Chat Language:
Please use English only in global chat.

Fair Play Rules:
Do not engage in glitching, clipping, griefing, hacking, duping, cheating, or any activity aimed at gaining an unfair advantage. You will be caught!

Respect the Admins' Authority:
You may not always agree with our decisions, but remember—this is our house, and these are our rules.

No-Fly Zones:
No-fly zones are exactly that—no-fly areas. If you attempt to fly into one, expect severe consequences. We will delete your aircraft mid-flight, and we will not reimburse you for the loss of the aircraft or any gear inside it.
Theft & Property Rules

No Stealing!
Stealing any item(s) is strictly prohibited.

Penalties for Theft:
Players caught stealing will face a temporary or permanent ban.

Respect Others’ Property:
If you find an unlocked vehicle, it belongs to another player—leave it alone.
Items on the ground at the trader may belong to someone else. Ask around before picking them up.
Do not enter another player’s base without their explicit permission.

Grave Looting Policy:
Do not loot grave crosses.
You may only loot your own grave or that of a team member, but only if they have given you permission.
Base Building Rules
Territory Timer
Territories/Bases stay for 7 days without maintenence. Keep the flag raised to not risk base deletion.
Building Standalone Bases

Base Size Limits:
Solo player: 2x2x2
Duo team: 3x3x2
Trio team: 3x3x3
Quad+ Team: 4x4x3

Modifying a general structure:
You are free to modify the structure of your base with permission from the LEAD Federal Base Inspector.
Example: A 2×2×2 base (2 walls in length, width, and height) can be restructured into a 2×1×4 (2 walls in length, 1 wall in width, and 4 walls in height)

Building Restrictions:
- Do NOT block roads, vanilla sheds, or vanilla greenhouses.
- No building inside fire stations, police stations, or hospitals.
- Greenhouse & Planter Limit: Maximum 2 greenhouses OR 4 planter boxes per base.

Violation & Enforcement:
If your base exceeds the allowed dimensions, you will receive a notification via Discord to correct it.
You will have 72 hours to make the necessary adjustments.
If the base is not fixed by the 96-hour mark after notification, it will be at the ADMINS’ DISCRETION to either remove the excess portion or delete your base entirely.
Building in a Vanilla Building

Building Limitations:
You are allowed to occupy either one vanilla building for your base or one free-standing base build.
Taking up additional buildings is not permitted and may result in the deletion of your entire base and its contents.

BBP Panel Limits (for Vanilla Buildings):
BBP panels refer to building kits such as walls, doors, roofs, floors, etc. The panel limits for bases inside vanilla buildings are as follows:
Solo Player: 10 panels
Duo Team: 15 panels
Trio Team: 20 panels
Quad Team+: 25 panels

Special Rules for Apartments:
Apartment buildings that are placed exactly side by side are counted as one building.

Additional Building Permissions:
You are allowed to place a door or wall on any entrance/exit of the building, and this will not count against your panel limit.
Each player is allowed one Room Divider.
Storage

Proper Storage Usage:
Utilize the store/restore option with all storage devices. This virtual storage system helps minimize lag and ensures smooth server performance.

Storage Compliance:
Failure to store your items properly will result in a notification from an Admin on Discord.

Three-Strikes Policy:
You will receive up to three warnings for improper storage. On the fourth offense, it will be at the Admins’ discretion whether your storage device, along with all its contents, will be deleted with no reimbursement!
Territory

No Blocking Key Locations:
Do not block roads, vanilla sheds, or vanilla greenhouses.

Restricted Building Areas:
Building inside fire stations, police stations, and hospitals is strictly prohibited.

Greenhouse & Planter Limits:
You may have a maximum of 2 greenhouses or 4 planter boxes—choose wisely!
Vehicles Rules

Use at Your Own Risk:
DayZ vehicles are unreliable and glitchy—drive them at your own risk!

Vehicle Limit:
You may have only one vehicle outside the garage at any time.
-
Transferring Goods:
Transferring items between vehicles is allowed, but do not do this at the trader.

Be Prepared:
Always carry the necessary tools to recover your vehicle in case of issues. ie: Wrench, Shovel, & Hatchet!

Garage Parking Requirement:
Vehicles must be parked inside a garage when not in use.

Risk of Leaving Vehicles Out:
Leaving a vehicle out and logging off is at your own risk. Vehicles left on the map may despawn, be impounded, or be deleted.

No Refunds or Replacements:
If you fail to use a garage and lose your vehicle, there will be no refunds or replacements—including any inventory inside!
-
Unattended & Unlocked Vehicles:
If you leave your vehicle unlocked and unattended and it results in another player stealing from your vehicle, you will receive ZERO compensation for stolen goods—regardless of whether you have screenshots or clips of what was taken!
Insurance Teddy
The Insurance Teddy Bear is used to get you out of a jam with any of your vehicles!
If you do not have an insurance teddy bear, admins will not help you with your vehicles.
Loot cycling

Definition of Loot Cycling:
Loot cycling refers to systematically removing and discarding unwanted, low-value loot from spawn points to force new loot to spawn.

What Is NOT Loot Cycling:
- Dropping damaged clothes for better ones.
- Removing magazines from guns and leaving the gun behind.
- Dropping a lower-tier gun for a higher-tier gun due to space constraints.

Strict Enforcement:
Loot cycling is strictly prohibited and will be punished accordingly.

Permanent Ban for Repeat Offenders:
If you are caught repeatedly loot cycling, you will receive a permanent ban—no exceptions!
Black Market (BM)
Danger
DO NOT purposely logoff or wait out a server restart while in Black Market.

No Admin or Med Team Assistance:
Admins and Med Teams will not provide help at the Black Market—NO EXCEPTIONS.

One Team at a Time:
Only one team is allowed inside the Black Market at a time.

No Piggybacking:
Each team must use their own punched card—sharing or piggybacking is not allowed.
-
Secure the Area:
Always close all doors and gates behind you when entering or exiting.
-
No Public Discussion:
Do not talk about the Black Market in global chat, on stream, or in recorded videos.
-
Keep Information Private:
Do not sell or share any information regarding the Black Market outside your group.

Grave Cross Looting:
You may only loot your own grave cross or that of a team member who gives you permission. Looting others’ grave crosses is strictly forbidden.
AI City
Danger
DO NOT purposely logoff or wait out a server restart while in AI City.
Admin assistance will not be given if you are suspected of purposefully breaking this rule.

One Team at a Time:
Only one team is allowed inside AI City at a time.

No Piggybacking:
Each team must use their own keycard—sharing or piggybacking is not allowed.

Keep AI City Information Private:
Do not sell or share any information about AI City outside your group.

Med Team Assistance Available:
The Med Team can assist during your AI City run with the following:
- Body Recovery if you don’t make it out alive.
- Medical aid for live players—if you can survive long enough for them to arrive.
- If available, a Med Team member may accompany you, but the entrance fee is your responsibility.
Med Team, Taxi Team, Hotel Staff, Loot Goblin Staff

Player-Run Teams:
These teams consist of player volunteers with zero admin capabilities.

Respect the Team:
Team members volunteer their time to help fellow players. If they are not clocked in, they are not required to assist.

No Disrespect:
Disrespecting a Team Member will be treated the same as disrespecting an Admin. Expect severe consequences.

No Stealing:
Team Members may have personal belongings inside their vehicles. Do not steal from them.
-
Theft Consequences:
If you are caught stealing from a Team Member, you will face a minimum 3-day ban—no exceptions.
Fishing
-
Respect the Environment:
Do not leave fishing gear, trash, or unwanted fish on the ground or in the waters—clean up after yourself.
